No NAS for me: ETA got a bra- thanks, Marilyn!

Last year I had the BEST NAS. This year, no NAS. Oh well. 

The online options in Canada opened up today and they are (essentially) nil. The website seems disorganized (showing sale stuff with regular stuff even when you apply filters). It is frustrating to use and even when you work it out, you find, for instance, that there are NO sale handbags online in Canada.

Most items they supposedly offer online are already sold out. And this is the first day of the online sale here.  I'm not able to shop in person where I live. 

It's okay. I don't need anything, really, but I was hoping at least to stock up on my basics (Natori Feathers bra, etc.) I do that every year. 

I do understand. These are terrible times for retail and it wasn't the best year to launch a new feature/ site for Canadians. It's too bad, though. 

ETA: They now have an announcement on the site that they are having technical difficulties and most items are not yet showing as available. (DUH!!! -- there were only 76 items total offered in the online sale when I looked 10 minutes ago!)

And thanks to Marilyn, I got a bra!! Yay!

    I get why the assortment and pricing might be different between the US and Canada, but wonder why the actual website functionality would be.

    Canadian website is a joke.  I wish they would let us shop at the US site.  Don't understand why they took away the option when they ship all over the world.

    Suz....the N. Feathers bra is there.  It just doesn't show up.  Some things I see in the side bar....others down in the frequently bought with bar.  Whoever looks after this website should be fired.

    I wanted to get some Chantelle hipsters.  Nope!

    I'm in the States and find most of what I would like to order out of stock, too. They probably didn't expect a big response this year and just didn't have enough stock. I was able to order the jeans I was interested in by rechecking their availability this morning.

    I am in a state of disbelief at the Canadian online sale. I kept approaching it from different angles thinking I must be doing something wrong. Shouldn’t they be offering the same items online that they have in the Canadian stores? They show daily deals but those items aren’t even on the site.
    They do say they will keep adding items so maybe it will be better by tomorrow...

    And Tina, I know, right? It's insane. Clearly they have some problems there. I kept thinking it was me, too, but no matter which way I searched, things were not coming up! I hope they fix it soon.

    I'm with Marilyn. Disaster of a website, and how is this team of web  professionals still employed ?   Probably dodged a bullet though in terms of not buying anything - me, I mean. Glad you found the bra you wanted, Suz.

    A disaster is right!

    i noticed two things, try searching for the ‘brand’. For example I searched for Avec les Filles , and some NAS coats appeared...the light blue one , and the houndstooth.
    Also noticed when I searched for my sneakers, they did appear, but not at sale price!
    wonder if you have specific items you could try to phone through?

    Ditto!  I couldn’t believe the lack of...everything!  I was planning to match up some recommendations from the US NAS.  *sigh*

    Oh dear, terrible results, and due to my job I can only imagine the stress for the tech team! 
    I posted this elsewhere but I actually placed a non-NAS order two days ago, my first, and it arrived today, less than 48 hours later (and way sooner than the predicted date range). They are cute and fit well so probably will be kept. Toronto put up a ton of great restaurant patio space in response to Covid and I am envisioning wearing them for outdoor dining extended beyond sandal season. That's my excuse anyway ;)
