  It goes with your eyes! How sweet of E! I think it looks fine with the new coat, but I picture a contrasting or navy hat with that coat and dark (black) gloves.

  I think you might be right, Elly -- maybe a navy hat or charcoal for this coat. I might just have to commission one!! :) 

  But I wore this really happily today; it is just the right slate grey to work with my eyes. I once had a blouse in this colour and have been looking for similar for years. It was so flattering.

  Cute! And so sweet of E! I so want to learn how to knit! Back in the day, I could needlepoint the heck out of a pillow, but seriously, how many stiff pillows do you need? Cute hats, sweaters, scarves on the other hand...

  What a perfect fit!  The beanie works beautifully with this coat, too, and would look lovely with bundled sweaters or active jackets, as well.
