  I bet it feels wonderful to be teaching/dong things in person again.

  The suit looks great, and it certainly worth trying to see if it is the right red for you.

  Looking forward to seeing it! I am nervous about teaching in person again in my COVID hotspot area but vastly prefer it to teaching online.

  Ha, yes, I'm wearing blazers more than ever now that I'm finally back in a classroom.

  I saw that online at BR -- wow. Their fall line looks really nice! I keep meaning to drop by the store and see what they have in person (though store inventories have been rather spare still).

  It does seem like it might be worth a try, right? Still mulling, but....

  And yes, I'm a bit nervous to be in the classroom also. We have a mask mandate for classrooms/ public spaces but no vaccine mandate for classrooms. (Students do need to prove they are vaccinated to eat on campus, go to events, live in residence, etc.) In fact, I'm told that 97% of the students and faculty and staff members *are* vaccinated (and of course, I am, as well) but it's still eerie and sometimes uncomfortable.

  Alas, backordered until Nov. 18 in Canada. The question is, do I want to wait so long? 

  Sigh...

  kerry, yes. Therein lies a surprising tale. Which I will tell in a post within a week or two I hope.

  Re the back ordering. My experience is that they usually come in earlier than they say. But Covid might be creating difficulties.

  So tempting ! Love the flap pocket detail on the jacket and the wider leg pant . So chic ! All of this suit talk today made me want to dress up for work and I wore tailored full length pants, metallic brogues and a faux leather shacket today . So much nicer than the usual casual look.

  Ooh, I like it! I love blazers. I've never been in a job where I needed to wear one but I've always worn them anyway with jeans or a skirt.

  It’s a beautiful suit, and worth the wait for the back order. It is nice to be back in the classroom and to be dressing up a bit more. It’s been too hot to wear my blazers, but they are in my closet and calling my name - just waiting for cooler weather!
