  Ooh, love! Especially as cats are on your shirt. Fab booties...have we seen them before? And your gorgeous blue eyes look more blue next to your shirt and vest.

  Thanks, Diane. Yes, I've been wearing these sandals regularly and have them in some photos I think. They're great every day sandals when the weather is not super hot.

  I thought I had Suz, I think my screen settings are showing the colour as much lighter than I remember. I love 'em.

  Looks fantastic Suz - love the silky top with that vest. Now why couldn't I wear a denim vest like that? I think I know it's because my tops are too casual and I need a feminine touch, like your Kitty blouse and dressier sandals to make it work.

  Thank you everyone. Aida, I'm surprised you haven't tried Kitty blouse with a vest yet! I actually wasn't sure it would work myself but I thought it turned out okay. I have to admit I just changed out for a walk though, as it is chillier than I thought. The earrings are Nickel and Suede. 

  Tex, I feel a little "mannish" in the vest (or in denim jackets, period) with my super short hair. But the hair will grow. I find it definitely helps to add silk, or a scarf, or some obvious feminine touch. 

  Jenn, you are so right about the textures. That's why I chose the suede sandals actually!

  I like how the pattern and fluidity of the shirt make the outfit more dressy and pretty.

  I've worn mine with a cream faux leather moto vest, but don't think I've tried either of my denim vests! I'm thinking these two would be fun in a very matchy-matchy denim way :)

  Nice!  I like double denim just fine when it's two different colors like you have here.  It's when the washes are the same that I have problems with it, mostly relating to my environmental norm and how many people wear that look around here as work wear (construction workers, ranch workers, etc).

  Just warning you, Tanya is probably driving north at this point, ready to mug you in your driveway and take your kitty blouse. ;-)  You probably have about 12 hour leeway from when you first posted and when she leaves the DC area.

  We're actually forum quadruplets (at least). 

  Diana first pointed it out to me -- and bought one for herself. 
  Tanya and Aida also jumped aboard. 

  Meanwhile, Tanya, MSMary, Rae and I all own another kitty blouse! 

  The amazing thing is that both these blouses look great on all of us, despite different hair and skin tones and differing personal style!

  Yes, while you were busy I chopped off all the blonde and have gone silver. There are still bits of brass hanging around the top, but a few cuts should finish that off.

  Another fantastic outfit. I wore my skimmer jeans today too (mine are light blue, though, not white). The shirt and vest look great together.
