Sporty Luxe

The outfit was already planned, I swear! This is actually a "trial run" pic from when I unpacked the sweater. I fixed the grinning with my cami. I am in meetings with colleagues today. This is taking "business casual" to new lengths. But when your business is fitness, it makes sense. :)

Thumbs (and toes) up from me!  This is a lot like the outfit I wore last week actually, with my yellow sweater.  Note to self... try it with my cons :)

Gosh I wish that sweater came in a colour that was good for me....

    Looking great and comfortable.

Love the sneakers with this! I'd call it polished sporty.

    Love this!

Looks great! This sounds kind of silly, but I almost see a little bit of a nod to '80s workout wear in the most stylish way. Something about the very bright pastel with the black and white, plus the sneakers.

Now this is my kind of sporty luxe :) ... Love it!

Those tube skirts look great with fashion sneakers. I really like this and it sounds perfect for your meeting.

  • CocoLion replied 5 years ago

Perfect!  And the color scheme puts me in a good mood.

This is a fantastic interpretation of Angie's sporty luxe trend Suz. Just gorgeous!

  • MuseumGal replied 5 years ago

As always YLF.  What if you untuck the cami, so that the see through stripes start lower, thus lengthening the torso a bit?

  • Deborah replied 5 years ago

Just lovely Suz! The colour of that sweater is TDF on you. Must catch up and read the blog post. The sneaks work well here. Might have to pin you to my Sneaks board;)

  • Beth Ann replied 5 years ago

Well done, Suz!  Intentionally sport and playful in such a fab way.  Wedge sneaks are a great partner for this skirt!

  • viva replied 5 years ago

Love the sweater color on you, Suz, and that winning smile - of course!

  • amiable replied 5 years ago

Hmm.... I have a striped midi skirt, and mesh sweaters...  I was about to say that I was totally going to try a copycat soon, then realized that if I wore my raspberry mesh sweater rather than my white one, it would be what I wore last Saturday.  I just need the sneakers.  Fun!  It looks completely great on you.

J Crew is doing a one day, extra 40% off sale spring styles, in case anyone is interested.

(Had I not already bought a couple bright linen v-necks from Massimo Dutti, I would be all over this one you have on, Suz!)

  • Angie replied 5 years ago
